Question / Help How do u set OBS to only Capture Streaming sound not my desktop sounds(Windows)

Hello

My Name is Oscar and i recently got a new computer and i am trying to setup OBS. But when i stream to twitch it captures my desktop audio as well such as desktop noises, chat noises, or adverts. do u guys know How do u set OBS so it only Capture the Streaming sounds and music and not my desktop sounds for Windows.
