How do I use OBS to record a video interview?

On Monday, I conducted my first video interview for YouTube. It was done with a paid Zoom account. Hmm, I am aware that Zoom doesn't have the best video quality. It recorded the video at 1280 s 720 at 25 fps. :(

I have a Windows 11 system and one 25" monitor. Is there a way that I can use OBS Studio to record my video interview and get a better quality? I do have a iPhone SE 2020 and the EpocCam app. I have used this to record my normal videos. I'm also using a Samson Q2U dynamic microphone (USB) for he audio.

I guess that I got my answer. No problem.

I am mainly concerned about the video quality when recording in Zoom. I thought that I could use OBS to upgrade he video quality. Thanks anyway.
