How do I use a pen tablet to draw on graphics

I have a wacom / Bamboo Graphics tablet. I have a streaming scene already set up.
I want to use my graphics tablet to draw on graphics. I am using Slideshow to present the graphics and I want to draw on the slide.
How do I do this?
I believe there is a Tutorial on this on YouTube but the instructor's accent is so thick I can not understand him.

What you want is called a Telestrator. There's a plugin in the Resources section up top, and several (paid) software suites to handle this sort of thing.
