Question / Help How do I update?

So I'm trying to use OBS to record some videos, but the videos have been pretty choppy. I believe this is a problem that can be easily fixed just by updating OBS, but I have no idea how to do so. I looked up a video on how to update OBS before posting this but I guess my version is so outdated I can't even do what the video shows

Note: The video in questions says to go to a "help" option but I can't see any such option on my current version of OBS. I'll also attach a photo of what my version looks like

I know I'm late, but if you still need help, or for others who stumble onto this question, help should be located in the top left along with file, edit, etc. Press that, and select "Check for Updates" and it'll give you a prompt should you need it.
