How do I turn on "Indistinguishable" recording quality?

I've looked it up and it says to go to output and then select "indistinguishable" but I don't see that option anywhere. Please help.

Set Settings > Output > Output mode to "simple". If it was not simple, it's best you do Tools > Auto configuration wizard instead and run the wizard for recording.

Afterwards it's Settings > Output > Recording > Recording quality

Thank you. I had my output mode on advanced and I was so confused before I read this.
