Question / Help How do i stream my desktop output as a webcam?

I have been searching around the internet with no real clear information on how to stream a Display out to a Web Cam Capture port.. Basically some sort of Webcam Virtual Cable needed I think.. Anyway this is for personal use while gaming and talking on google hangouts using video chat etc.. Basically I want to edit my own capture live before sending it out across the google hang outs.. Was curious if this existed and how I can install it and make it work with Windows 10..

Here is my system specs..
