How do I stop the Program view from refreshing when I refresh the Preview Scene?

I am using a browser source overlay and I have information on that overlay that we'll need to keep the stream updated. However, every time I refresh the Preview scene to update the overlay information, the Program scene also refreshes. The refresh is noticeable during live and can be annoying to the viewer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The Program is just a snapshot of your OBS scene setup when you transition to it. It's not a snapshot of the content some source is currently displaying. The program is live displaying your source, and if your source flashes if you refresh the url, that's reflected in the life output as well.
If you want to refresh behind the scenes, you need to exchange the source, so the original source stays as it is and a new source displays new content. A workaround could be to temporarily switch to a different scene while you refresh.

I streamed it live and the white refresh is also present during live in YT and FB. I also tried all 3 transition checked and unchecked; Duplicate Scene, Duplicate Source, Swap Preview/Program Scenes after Transitioning but same issue.

I noticed that Duplicate Sources is disabled or greyed out.
