Question / Help How do i stop lag??? Helppppp!

Everytime i fire up my obs to use an elgato game capture with it my picture comes out very laggy and ive watched countless videos for help to figure out how to fix this and couldnt find a solution! please help!!

but why is display capture giving low fps and game capture giving high fps when i go to game capture the freakin black screen appears huhuhuhuh i think i will never be a youtuber

why does it lag i fixed the black screen for game capture by watching youtube videos and it is still lagging
pls help help
should i sent u the log file or something
