How do i set up multiple independent scenes?

I have a couple issues. I could set my scene to be anaglyph. I could set my scene to be full color in side by side half.
I could set my scene as a normal broadcast. And I have 2 different stages with 2 different sets of cameras, but no need to switch between them usually.

It seems if i change the color on one selection, it changes the color om the other one. I can't have 2 separate scenes. One full color, the other anaglyph 3d, without requiring lots of clicks that "double save" and must be clicked every time I change. I can't have 2 instances of camera 1L, one in color, and the other black and red.

There seems to be no way to divorce 1L-A and 1L-B.

Put each camera in its own group and apply the colors to the groups.
When I call a second version of, say 1L-A,called 1L-B. how do i make sure they are in identical parts of the 16x9 screen.

It seems when i copy something, it marries the copies so changing one automatically changes the other? Is there a way I can call another independent instance of the same camera, one time in full color, and the other black and red. I've tried grouping them, selecting a scene, selecting a group, but they are always married. Even when i rename one, the second instance gets renamed with it.

In your full color scene add your camera sources 1L-A and 1R-A. In your anaglyph scene also add the camera sources 1L-A and 1R-A. But in your anaglyph scene right click on the 1L-A source and select Group Selected Items (you're grouping only 1 item). Rename it 1L-B. Repeat this for source 1R-A in the anaglyph scene naming the group 1R-B. Now apply your color filters to groups 1L-B and 1R-B instead of to the camera sources.

To make sure different sources are in the same place, right click on one source and select Transform->Copy Transform. Right click on the other source and select Transform->Paste Transform.
