Question / Help How do I set up a windows capture device as an output?

I would like to use OBS output on a program which accepts a capture device as a source (such as a webcam for example).
I thought OBS would create a "virtual" device, the same as vMix does. But I don't find how.
Maybe with a plugin?

Please excuse me if that's been asked before, I haven't been able to find the answer.

Create a scene, go to souces and hit the +, these are all the types of sources you can add, webcams should show up under video capture device.

If it is the only thing on a scene it will be the only thing that is outputted.
