How do I remove the aspect ratio , i want to resize a video to any size without it enlarging the image etc

Hi I am new to OBS , in Xsplit which I use to use you can have a camera and then place a video reel over part of the camera feed if you get my meaning. However although I can do this in obs when I resize the video reel it enlarges or decreases the actual images . In xsplit there is an option to deselect the (keep aspect ratio) which is what I need , where do I find this in obs or is there another way ? , thanks in adavence :)
