How do I remove OBS from blocking my camera and microphone on YOUTUBE?

I am a youtube user, and I record videos only on my camera and microphone, not OBS. I installed OBS to use with www.secondlife.com only. When I tried to record a live youtube video, it showed this after I had given OBS permission to my stream key. I had not learned how to use OBS yet; therefore, I deleted OBS from having permission until I understood how to use it. Now it says my camera and microphone can't be accessed because another application uses them. Also, it says: To start streaming, allows access to your camera and microphone.

How do I remove OBS, the application that blocks my camera and microphone on YOUTUBE?

OBS by default presumes sources you've set up for OBS are to be controlled by OBS. So OBS is doing as you've asked it
you could uninstall OBS, unless you plan to use it for something else??
If you have an issue in that you have setup/enabled/allowed OBS to auto-start, then you may simply want to turn that off (which I'd do at OS level, not sure if/where such would be controlled within OBS settings)
or simply remove the camera and microphone (including Desktop Audio if applicable) from your OBS Sources

If obs is running it has control of the resources. Exit obs and you should be able to use your camera and microphone again.
