How do I record the incoming zoom call and not the sounds in my room?

Since I have speakers set up on my computer, when I record my zoom calls, the playback sound is duplicated and hard to listen to. I want to only record the zoom and not the sound coming out of my speakers or the sounds in my room. Is that possible? Thanks!

It sounds like (Siwa️DidTheir?2x) the mic you're using for Zoom is picking up the sound from your speakers. Sources + Application Audio Capture (BETA)
