I have lenovo ideapad 520-15ikb laptop with:
Intel® Core™ i5-8250U Processor (6 MB Cache, 1.6 GHz(But auto cloaks faster if needed))
8 GB DDR4 - 2133 MHz
250GB SSD
GeForce MX150 with 4 GB GDDR5
Upgrading hardware is impossible for me.
I want to record demanding games such as apex legends. The game itself runs realy good (60-130 fps but because its laptop there are spikes to 30 and 330 fps sometimes)
But when I record the recordings have MASSIVE frame skips. I lost about 6h of footage because I didn't realize this. Also even tho it's set to output 1080p 60fps and good quality sound the output quality is around 420p and sound is not pleasant at all. I am backing away from 1080p because of the limitations and settling for 720p 60fps.

Can you tell me what exact settings to use? I am new to recording, don't know much.
Also if this helps when I hit stop recording after long footage (around 1-2h) it takes a long time (about 1.5 minutes) to stop recording after I hit stop. It says that cpu is overloaded and I have to chose lower encoder. I already selected x264 (reduced cpu usage and larger file size).

Please help me set this up I have no Idea why it's frame skipping so much, it's like one frame per 5 seconds at this point even tho the game doesn't lag a bit and sound plays normally but in bad quality
