Question / Help How do I record CSGO in Full Screen? (Black Screen)

So basically I was watching many videos of trying to like fix this black screen problem with CSGO I can't record it in Full Screen.
I have a NVIDIA Geforce 1050 Ti laptop but it won't let me access the NVIDIA Control Panel any other solutions?
I just want to record my games
