How do I make bitrate higher than 320?

I've been trying to record Minecraft, but when I look back at the recording, it seems like whenever I move my camera a lot the screen gets very pixelated. I've researched multiple times on what to do, and it seems like I need to increase bitrate a lot, but I don't know how to get higher than 320. I have it so that there is no limit to the bitrate, but it still happens. I don't know how to fix it, can someone help me?

I have a video I recorded with some glitchiness. You can see that when the screen moves a lot it seems to get very pixelated

Audio bitrate maxes out at 320kbps. Video bitrate does not, and is set in Settings->Output. If you're only recording (not streaming) it's best to use CQP or CRF instead, which uses as much or little bitrate as is needed to maintain a given image quality level.
