How Do I lock OBS to 4 Cores?

Anyone know how i can lock OBS to only 4 Cores while leaving the others for gaming proposes?

My PC Spec's:

- GPU: Sappire Nitro+ Rx Radeon 5700XT 8GB OC'd
- CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X 12 Cores @ 24 Threads
- CPU Cooler: GIGABYTE AORUS RGB AIO Liquid Cooler 360mm
- Thermal Paste: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme
- Motherboard: AORUS x570 Master Motherboard
- RAM: GIGABYTE AORUS RGB Memory 16GB CL19 3600MHz
- Storage: GIGABYTE AORUS RGB NVME 1TB High Performance Gaming PCLE Gen 3
- Case: Anidees AI Crystal XL RGB V3 Full Tower Tempered Glass PC Case
- PSU: Super Flower Leadex Titanium 750W 80+ Titanium

Sense i have a 24 Thread processor i have set OBS to 12 Threads. How do i do the same x264 command for cores?

Open Task Manager, "Details" tab, right click OBS process then "Set Affinity" and select the cores you want. Even numbered cores are real, odd numbered cores are logical/hyperthreads.

The "Threads" x264 command will be pointless if you do this though.
