How do I get 1080 HD? Youtube keeps saying it is 720!

Hi there, I am using OBS and when i set to record, OBS (under the display capture source input box) says 1920x1080 is being captured.
But when I click the properties of the video it says 1280 x720. And when I upload it to YouTube it says 720 is the max resolution that can be played. Help, this is doing my nut it. Can't work it out.
No doubt there is a genius out there who can help me.

Make sure in OBS Settings->Video->Output resolution is 1920x1080 if you want the video in 1920x1080.
