I have been trying to record videos through obs but my video is pretty choppy/laggy . I had this problem before about 8 months ago when I first started streaming but cant remember how I went about fixing it. I'm running the Xbox Series S through a Elgato HD60x Capture card onto my laptop running OBS studio. I have been watching several youtube videos the past few days and no matter what I try, I cant get the video to stop being choppy. during stream, & after recording.
