I've been trying to record a Minecraft video for 2 days now, and every time I try to record it, it comes out all stuttering. I've tried switching my video bit rate, turned it down and up. I changed my encoder settings, my in game settings, I tried display capture, window capture, and game capture, and they all do the same thing. I know OBS worked correctly at one point, because I recorded videos in the past, they all came out 60fps or greater, and I did not change any settings (to my recollection). Can anyone Please help me with this issue?
