How do I create a "Live Israel Time" in OBS

Hey everyone

Wondered if you could help. How do i create i simple digital clock that shows the live time in Israel and add it in to OBS? If you could help that would be great

At the very least, you might find a website that displays the live time in any arbitrary timezone, put that URL in a browser source, and crop it.
