Question / Help How do I adjust the IDR interval?

The video editor I use prefers to edit videos with an IDR interval of 4 seconds or less, which makes editing OBS videos a little painful because it apparently record with an IDR interval of more than 4 seconds. How would I adjust this in the recording?

IDR is basically the Keyframe Interval, just set it to 4 seconds.
