How do I add tags in OBS?

I'm trying to look up 3d tags to use on YouTube, but I don't know how to enter them into the video for a live broadcast on OBS.

All the methods suggest pre recording it and processing it through a video editor.

How does one do 3D Video live on YouTube through OBS and get YouTube to "auto convert" for 2d audiences live?
