Question / Help how do I add Mic delay?

I was wondering how I can add delay to my mic because i just got an Elgato Game Capture HD and it has about 1.5 seconds of lag on it.I want to add some delay to my mic so i can sync it up to my Elgato so my commentary woulded be ahead.
