Question / Help How do I add display capture and game capture to the same scene without inducing input lag?

So I was getting pretty bad input lag when I had display capture and game capture on the same scene, which makes sense. You're recording your display and your game at the same time, it causes a performance drop.

Well anyways, I moved display capture to a different scene but I have two issues.

1) I hate the 'Looking for a game to capture' screen when you have game capture on without a game playing. I'd rather it just go black to be honest.
2) I would prefer to find a way to have display capture and game capture on the same scene so that I could easily swap between the two but it seems that even when I 'hide' display capture using the little eyeball icon, it still causes a hit to performance when they are both in the same scene in the form of input lag.

I play games like League of Legends that after a game, get minimized and I'd like the viewers to be able to see my client and/or my browser while I do stuff between matches but if I want to do that, I gotta manually go back to OBS after each game and click on my 2nd scene with display capture, then swap back when the game starts. It feels like there has to be an easier way to do this without effecting my performance via input lag.

Any ideas? Worse case scenario, just having a black screen as opposed to 'Looking for a game to capture' would be preferred. But I don't see an option for that.

Thank you!
