How do I add an additional Global Audio Device?

In Settings, Output, Advanced Mode I see 6 audio tracks
Tracks 1,2 and 3 are:
All Items
Desktop Audio
Desktop Audio 2
I added Desktop Audio 3 <<but it doesn't show up anywhere.

In Settings, Audio in Global Audio Devices
I have:
Desktop Audio: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Desktop Audio 2: Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio)

I want to add the third output and use it for the NVIDIA High Definition Audio

Is this even possible?
If so, how?

Goal: To send an audio track to the VOD, but not to the stream
I currently have all sound sources on track 1
All sound sources except music goes to VOD
I want to add a source from the NVIDIA device and send it to the VOD

BTW, thanks so much for adding the ability to block music output to the VOD
