Question / Help how command obs from the menu bar...

After upgrading from mac os X.11 to X.13 the "obs" button above on the top right of the menu bar works in a strange way: when i push it to start the recording it the obs appear and disappear and i can't select the voice on the menu.. Someone can help me to fix it?
