How can obs add new service to rtmp-service?

Hello, I am poccariswet. I work for japanese company.

I have a question about the OBS plugin rtmp-service.
The rtmp-service is currently linked to the main stream services like twitch, mixer...etc. How can OBS add other rtmp-services into?
