How can I sync up two mics when sync offset doesn't apply to monitoring?

Hi,

Got my basic pinball streaming rig working ok, just the audio isn't great if you're playing and talking. One of the cameras (it's a mobile phone via droidcam OBS) is picking up the audio, it mostly picks up the game, which is ok.
So I bought some lav mics with the intent of mounting them on the rig facing the player, or having the player wearing them.

But the two audio sources aren't in sync with each other. Even though one is mostly voice and one is mostly the game audio there is still bleed, it can't be helped. There's enough bleed that you can hear the delay, when a flipper fires you hear the echo.

I have tried getting the two mics in sync but the sync offset feature in OBS doesn't apply to what you hear, only the recording or the stream. So how can I sync them? I tried recording then adjusting, then recording again but it's very tedious and trial and error.

Is there no way I can hear the actual audio output and adjust the sync offset while hearing the changes?
