How can I stop The Windows Start popup from recording

Ok so this is not about the taskbar, it's about the Windows 11 Start popup as shown, from being recorded when recording that window capture, for example i record fivem in full screen on one monitor, and hit the Windows key to switch to another monitor, which is fine when not recording, but a pain when i am.

Is there a way to stop it recording this

The only way OBS is capturing/recording that is if your are using Display Capture. Remove Display Capture from the scene and use Game Capture or Window Capture.
