How can I start an OBS broadcast on YouTube, unattended?

Let's imagine that we already have a series of scenes configured, with a connection to YouTube connected with its credentials and everything correct.
But I need to be able to modify the parameters of the broadcast configuration from some script or external file and start broadcasting.

I can't find how I can fill out the broadcast configuration form externally, and launch the broadcast unattended.

Do you know if that is possible?

It may seem like a strange question, but it has its explanation.
We are a Billiards club, and we broadcast every weekend. Always with the same configuration, we only change a series of texts (with linked files), and above all the title of the broadcast that appears on YouTube.
Since we have older people in the club, they don't know how to change these parameters, that's why I would like to be able to leave everything as parameterizable as possible so that it is as easy as possible for them.

I would like to be able to configure this form from a txt file and pass it as a parameter in a command line.

I am currently starting the broadcasts like this,
start /d "C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit" "" obs64.exe --multi -portable --profile "PERFIL_M2_720_PRINCIPAL_ZOOM" --collection "ESCENA_M2_720_PRINCIPAL_ZOOM"

adding the parameter --startstreaming

But I don't know how I can configure the broadcast parameters (Title, description, etc...)
