Question / Help how can i skew my webcame to look like a billboard.

i've been trying to find a way to skew my webcam so it looks like its on a bill board but i havent seen an option does anyone know of a way i can do this as i'm a dj and i want to display my serato at the same time as my other webcam shows my controller but i want one webcam slanted like a skew...
like in the pic u can see that my webcam is slanted and i dont wanna rotate the webcam as i still lose some of the image in the background.. PLEASE HELP

OBS built-in source transforms do not provide any such option.

I took a quick look through the available 3rd party plugins and also don't see anything that would appear to do this.
