Question / Help How can I record GTA 5 and other games at maximum settings?

This is what I have:

AMD Ryzen 1500x
Gigabyte Gtx 1050 G1 (soon to get a 1060)
8gb ram

I have a 2560x1080
I just need a nice stable frame rate and decent quality or the best.
