How can i make complete package

system version: mac os 10.14.5

I make a pakage but it 's only 4.9mb size.
it only can run in my mac because i install qt in my mac, other people can't use it when they open it
How can i make complete package like this https://cdn-fastly.obsproject.com/downloads/obs-mac-23.2.1-installer.pkg

but i open the package and it was crash,i don't know how to deal with it now
