in short how can I make 1 FPS - what settings do I need to change?
the .mp4 files I made failed to play :/

I am curious about the FPS settings

we have
"Common FPS Value"
"Integer FPS Value"
"Fractional FPS Value"

I am OK with having just 1 FPS for some of my recordings (audio is what is important in those and just occasional screen reference)

so I tried making 1FPS BUT I could not play these .mp4 recordings

what else do I need to change?

I used Integer FPS Value 1 with MKV recording, remux to mp4 and both played in VLC. Try a different media player. If still having issue then
