How can I ganarate a LUT file from obs HALT image?

I find a good HDR filter for OBS, but I need a .3dl or a .cube version for Premiere or other software
So I need to create a .cube file between these two images

HDR TO SDR.png

I have tried some software like IWLTBAP LUT Generator, But they could only process images in this format
ori1.PNG

How should I accomplish this mission?
