Question / Help How Can I Fix My Stream Health?

Hey everyone,

I'm Jeremiah and I'm new to this forum. I wanted to ask you how I can fix my stream health. Every time I try to make a live stream on OBS Studio,my stream health is always horrible. It usually stays red and sometimes becomes orange. If you can give me advice on what settings to change,please inform me. Thank you for your help and cooperation and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I have same problem with OBS studio settings and trying to get my stream health in green on YouTube, but I'm using Mac, I have Mac OS X High Sierra. I'm also trying to figure out what settings I need and so forth set.

it appears we both need help fixing issues.

I honestly don't know my real internet download and upload speed is because I am not a member of any speediest sites and didn't add our router network's server on any speediest sites, plus the location and it's server I see set by default at and by Speedtest.net is either West Columbia, SC or Augusta, GA. and when you hit sign up, it requires a company name and company website URL, it expects you either own it or working for it and in it, which I don't, my dad does. so how else exactly can I see what my internet speed is so can set my OBS Studio settings?

Can Anyone out here in this site help. there is me and guy up top too that needs help.
