How can I find out what bitrate I recorded a video in?

I have a file and just wondered if there was any way to find out what bitrate I used in the video. Thanks

In Windows Explorer, activate the detail pane. It shows property details about the currently selected file(s).
Or in Explorer, right-click a file->Properties->Details.
If you want more details, you can install MediaInfo that comes with an Explorer context menu entry.
