Hi! How can i enable quick sync on this laptop:

Lenovo G50-45

CPU: AMD APU A8-6410 quad core 2GHz
iGPU: AMD Radeon r5 graphics
GPU: AMD Radeon r5 m330 2GB
RAM: 8 GB Ram ddr3 1600mhz
HDD : WD 1TB 5400 RPM
Windows 10 pro 64 bytes

if i can't but i know i can , what are the best settings for recording on this laptop?

The above option does a great job of determining your optimal configuration without the usual guess work
