How can i deinstall OBS MP from my PC with Win10

Hello,

i want to reinstall my OBS MP from Win 10. But every time when i installed new, he gets the old configuration from below.
After the deinstall i delete the %appdata% and let my CC-Cleaner run over the system and reinstall, but when i start MP he gets the old configuration!?

Edit. i deinstall MP over the MP uninstaller

What did i wrong!?
