How can I be sure on that my PC has all the programs/software that my OBS Studio needs to work excellently on Windows 10 pro?

Has the obs studio an option where I can check that my Windows pro PC has all the software/drivers that OBS preferes for working excellently? I guess it is the update option.
 
I'm not sure what your concern is
The first time I installed OBS, I had trouble as it turns out somehow I installed the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of OBS, and plug-ins got wonky (user error). With uninstall of both, then clean x64 install on Win10, it was fine. Now, where it can get tricky is 3rd party plug-ins, scripts, etc that may have their own requirements (Visual C++ , Python, etc)

have you checked out Help | OBS (obsproject.com) or better yet Wiki - Wiki | OBS (obsproject.com) with quickstarts, install instructions, etc?
