How best to Delay an NDI source?

I am able to “broadcast” avideo/audio signal, playing back on same workstation as OBS, but the NDI audio has crackles throughout.
So when I use the clean sound instead from desktop, it is behind the video.

is there a filter that will work to delay picture, making it possible to sync to NDI video?

I am only using OBS for Recording, not live-streaming.

Thanks for any advice or caveats...

Yes, there is. You can use the Video Delay filter for your video source.

Hi Andreas, Thanks for your reply. I have looked and do not see it in my stock Filter set. Is called something other than "Video Delay"? I do see "Render Delay" and I see "Dynamic Delay", after I press + on Filters (on PC 26.0.2)
I'll get any plug-in that is necessary...

Thanks again, Andreas. I had tried that but gave up on it. Now I just read from forum posts that the 500ms Delay is often multiplied with extra instances of that filter, system memory permitting. This was a great help, I appreciate it.
