Question / Help Hotkeys with Unreal Editor

I recently updated to the latest version of OBS and this seems to have gotten broken, probably by UE, as it was working before. I had set up a hotkey to start and stop recording, which would let me get the infinity view OBS interface out of the way before I started my capture. I'm even pretty sure my version of the UE Editor hasn't changed, but I can't be 100% about that but it no longer works. No hotkey combination seems to work, and I've tried a lot of them. Works when UE is not in focus though, so just wondering if anyone else came across this and what their solution was.

If the active app is running as administrator, it doesn't allow any other app not running as administrator to capture hotkeys.
How to fix: either don't run the app you want to capture as administrator (preferred), or run OBS as administrator (only as last resort).

I recommend running OBS always as administrator, because so much stuff doesnt work without admin OBS.
Even my datapath capture card doesnt work in OBS if OBS isnt started as admin.
Which is weird, because xsplit and any other software can access it without admin.
