I've been getting to tinker with OBS a bit and have had this issue I can't seem to resolve. I've seen other individuals have had issues too, but never a resolution or permanent fix. The issue I'm having is when OBS is not active or the current selected application hotkeys are not working. Shift+1, CTRL+F1, or anything that is a combination fails to move scenes. However, when I do just 1, 2, 3, etc as hotkeys, it works. All hotkeys work when OBS is selected/active, but only the simplified hotkeys work when in the background or another window is active (like Chrome, PowerPoint, etc). Is there any way to resolve this? I've attempted running it as admin, no luck.
