I have a few hotkeys setup within obs and if I am in the program they work and if I am in game or just clicked into a web browser even it will not support the hotkeys.
I installed the program as an administrator and in its shortcut added it to run as admin every time. I have also already checked that the advanced hotkey settings were set to never disable. I kind of ran out of things to try anymore so I am reaching out for some help.
