Question / Help Hotkeys Not Working With Kerbal Space Program

I have been having problems recently with OBS and the game Kerbal Space Program. While in the game, not even fullscreen, the key shortcuts don't work, even when there is no conflict. I have tried Window Capture and Game Capture, but nothing works. Does anyone know why?
