Just as the title says. I'm running OBS as administrator and all hotkeys work just great when OBS is in focus but when my game is in focus only some work. For example:
Start Stream = Ctrl + Alt + Shift + , == always works (in our out of focus)
Mute Webcam = Ctrl + Alt + Shift + \ == only works when in focus
The reason I'm using as many as 4 keys combined is I have a ton of hotkeys bound to various things already and need to keep them all separate. For this example I'm using the wonderful app JoyToKey to generate the key presses from a button/switch press on a USB button box. So I flip the switch, JoyToKey takes that input and executes the above sequence. And yes, JoyToKey is running as Admin and is working perfectly, I have near 100 custom key binds setup for various commands in various games (very heavy sim flight/racer setup).
I've even tried simplifying the commands to just Ctrl + R or something that easy and still no go. It's so odd that the start/stop Stream and Record buttons always work, it's just the others that don't.
Any ideas???
