Question / Help Hotkeys not working if window not in focus with Genovation CP48

Hello,

I am trying to use a Genovation CP48, which is a programmable macro keyboard.
What I am doing is programming for example, "Ctrl+R" to a key in the macro pad, and in obs I have set up that hotkey to show or hide the webcam.

If I have OBS window in focus and press the macro key, it works. If OBS window is not in focus it wont work.
It works if the window is not in focus and I manually push the keys in my normal keyboard.

So im thinking maybe OBS is not "reading" the macropad unless the window is in focus.

Anyone have experience with something like this and a fix?

Either the macro application needs same access rights (admin) or you have nothing to do with it. You can use AutoHotkey and run its scripts as admin too.
