Bug Report Hotkeys mistakenly triggering

I have a simple scene collection with two scenes, each with a "switch to scene" keybind, like so:

A video of this bug is less confusing than an attempt to explain it in words, so I recorded one using a keyboard viewer. Keys seem to be "sticking" and causing the hotkey combination to mistakenly trigger, even when not all the keys are pressed.

This was recorded in 0.12.3, but it also seems to still trigger in the latest version, 0.13.1.

Yes there is a bug inside of windows with hotkeys containing Alt. The Alt Key can get stuck. Till this somehow gets fixed (if this is possible from the OBS side) I would recommend not using the Alt Key.
