When OBS is the active window my hotkeys don't work, but if anything else is open even windows explorer etc. they do.
This is occurring when I switch to a third scene, even when I switch back to the first two scenes the hotkeys are broken.
Sometimes it fixes randomly then breaks again, very odd.
